● Other Governorates: Delivery is completed within 3–5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges:
● Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
● The anti-return ribbon must remain intact and securely attached to the garment. Tampering with or removing the ribbon will void eligibility for a refund or exchange.
