REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Christine Massarany Designs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Before purchasing, please review the following terms for refunds and exchanges, which outline the conditions for requesting them:
1. Eligibility:
Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 3 days of receipt, provided they meet the following criteria:
● Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
● Tags: Original tags must be attached.
2. Anti-Return Ribbon:
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the anti-return ribbon must remain intact and securely attached to the garment. Removal or tampering with the ribbon will void eligibility.

3. Proof of Purchase:
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all refund or exchange requests.
4. Exclusions:
Custom dresses and altered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Procedure:
1. To initiate a return, please send an email to christine@christinemassaranydesigns.com
2. Our team will review your request upon receiving your returned item. If approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the item's receipt and the status of your refund approval or rejection.
3. Customers are responsible for arranging the return or exchange to the designated address provided by Christine Massarany Designs via email.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days after the item is received and inspected.
5. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your total refund
Cancellation:
Cancellations are acceptable within 2 hours after you place an order.
